Roofing in Sunbury

Sky Ways Roofing is based in Sunbury — our workshop sits on Frederick Street, a few minutes from the train line. We've been climbing Sunbury roofs since 2007 and know the housing stock here better than anyone: from the brick-veneer estates around Goonawarra and Rolling Meadows to the older weatherboards near the town centre.

Roof cleaning and restoration work in Gisborne

Roofing in Gisborne

Gisborne sits a short drive north of our Sunbury workshop, and we work on roofs here almost every week. The mix of heritage stone homes around the township and newer family builds in New Gisborne means we see two very different problem sets — and we've worked on both for over a decade.

Gutter guard installation in Riddells Creek
3431

Roofing in Riddells Creek

Riddells Creek properties are predominantly large blocks with established roofs — many built between the late 70s and early 2000s — and they're at the age where ridge capping, valley irons and bedding compound are due for renewal. We've worked on rural-residential homes throughout 3431 and know which streets sit under the worst of the gum-leaf load.

New roof installation in Kyneton

Roofing in Kyneton

Kyneton mixes heritage bluestone and weatherboard homes with newer estate builds, and the roofing requirements vary wildly from one street to the next. We've completed jobs from Piper Street through to the Edgecombe end, including a number of heritage-overlay tile re-roofs that required matched terracotta sourcing.

Roofing in Diggers Rest

Diggers Rest sits between our Sunbury workshop and the Calder, and we cover it as part of our local run. The suburb's rapid growth in the last decade means we work on a mix of older established homes and brand-new builds where workmanship defects from the build phase are starting to surface.

Roofing in Macedon

Macedon homes — particularly those nestled into the bushland surrounds of the mount — face some of the toughest roof conditions in the region. We've worked on Macedon properties for over a decade and understand the bushfire-overlay implications for materials choice and the maintenance rhythm that keeps these roofs serviceable.

Heritage roof restoration in Essendon

Roofing in Essendon

Essendon is heritage-rich territory — Edwardian, Federation and Californian Bungalow homes dominate the older pockets — and we've restored hundreds of these roofs over the years. We understand how to work with original terracotta profiles and which membrane systems preserve the heritage look without flattening the tile texture.

Tile roof restoration in Avondale Heights

Roofing in Avondale Heights

Avondale Heights sits on the rise above the Maribyrnong River, and most homes here were built in the mid-century post-war boom — meaning concrete-tile roofs that are now 50-60 years old. We've replaced, restored and repaired many of these and know which streets sit on the older, more weathered building stock.

Roof restoration project in Niddrie

Roofing in Niddrie

Niddrie is a long-standing service area for us — we've worked on Niddrie roofs continuously for the past 15+ years. The suburb's housing stock is dominated by post-war brick-veneer homes with concrete tile roofs that are now reaching the end of their original coating life and need full restoration.

Metal re-roofing project in Geelong

Roofing in Geelong

We extend our services to Geelong for larger restoration and re-roofing projects where our specialty in coastal-grade workmanship is the right fit. The salt-air exposure across Geelong roofs changes everything about how we spec materials — fasteners, flashings and membrane choice all need to handle marine conditions.
